Palisades Goldcorp Ltd. has elected veteran exploration geologist William “Bill” Hayden to its board of directors following its annual general meeting in Vancouver.

Hayden brings over 38 years of industry experience, having played a central role in discoveries including South Africa's Platreef deposit and the Kamoa-Kakula copper complex in the DRC. He previously served as an Ivanhoe Mines director from 2007 to 2025 and sat on the Palisades board before resigning in October 2024.

"We are delighted to welcome Bill back to our Board," said Collin Kettell, Chief Executive Officer of Palisades Goldcorp. "Few people in this industry have his track record for identifying great ground and backing it with conviction. Bill's involvement in the discovery of Platreef and Kamoa-Kakula speaks for itself, and his judgment and network across the exploration sector will be a real asset as we continue to build our portfolio. We're fortunate to have him back on board."

Shareholders also approved the re-election of directors Collin Kettell, Gregor Gregersen, Elizabeth Harrison, and Douglas Macgregor. Philip O'Neill did not stand for re-election but continues as Chief Operating Officer.

Participation increased significantly. Votes representing 41,785,721 common shares—or 58.69% of issued and outstanding shares as of the July 2 record date—were represented, up from 30.08% at the September 13, 2024 meeting.

Additionally, the company granted 200,000 incentive stock options to a director. The options carry a $4.20 exercise price, are fully vested upon grant, and expire on August 20, 2031.
