Pan Global Resources Inc. has secured two mineral exploration permits for the Salamón Gold Project in northern Spain following the formal acceptance of its tender bids by the regional Directorate General of Energy and Mines.

The acquisition adds approximately 532 hectares across 19 mining grid units within the León Province. The mineral rights were awarded through a competitive public tender process managed by the regional authorities of Castile and León. However, the final transfer of the permits remains subject to an ongoing appeal filed by a competing bidder. While the outcome of that appeal is pending, the company awaits the formal disposition before the award is definitively confirmed.

The Salamón property is positioned along the 100-kilometre-long León Fault, a significant deep-seated structural corridor with a history of hosting multiple high-grade mineral occurrences. The project site benefits from established local infrastructure, including access to nearby power, road, and rail networks, and sits 30 kilometres east of Pan Global's Cármenes Project.

Activity at Cármenes has advanced in parallel with the regional expansion. Pan Global recently reported drill results at the Cármenes Project from the Providencia target, where drillhole PVD15 intersected 15 metres grading 3.90 g/t gold from surface. That intercept included a higher-grade interval of 8 metres grading 6.79 g/t gold alongside elevated platinum and palladium, demonstrating the active operational context of the company's northern Spanish holdings.
