Skyline Builders Group Acquires Two Nevada Precious Metals Properties Ahead of Cove Kaz Merger

Skyline Builders Group Holding Limited has acquired two gold and silver mineral properties in Nevada, expanding its property portfolio into the jurisdiction ahead of its pending business combination with Cove Kaz Resources.
The transactions bring the Mill Creek Project, an early-stage gold exploration project acquired from Paramount Gold Nevada Corp., and the past-producing Irwin Project into the holding company’s asset base. Mill Creek comprises 36 lode mining claims covering approximately 720 acres in the Shoshone Range, situated 33 km south of Battle Mountain. The Irwin Project spans twelve claims in the Troy Mining District of Nye County, featuring mineralised veins tracing up to 70 metres along strike with historical assays reaching up to 7.5 g/t gold and 96 g/t silver.
Both properties are currently in the early stages of exploration. Skyline plans to carry out initial field studies, including detailed mapping, soil and geochemistry sampling, geophysical surveys and remote sensing, to identify potential future drill targets.
Control of Skyline shifted to a group of US investors in the third quarter of 2025 through a significant cash injection aimed at divesting the legacy Asian construction business and acquiring assets within the critical material supply chain. The company expects to close its business combination with Cove Kaz Resources by year-end or early 2027. Cove Kaz was not involved in the Nevada acquisitions and assumes no liability for the projects.
Activity across the wider region includes recent exploration work by Provenance Gold Corp., which reported drill results from its Eldorado West gold project within the surrounding district, intersecting 1.82 g/t gold over 116.74 metres.
“We’re excited to acquire two precious metals projects in Nevada, the world’s highest ranked mining jurisdiction. We believe we are early in a worldwide, commodity super cycle that will see precious metals, base metals, strategic and critical metals’ prices increase dramatically over the next decade due to rapidly growing demand and relative scarcity, global geopolitical tensions and supply chain constraints,” said Paul Mann, Executive Chairman of Sky Builders Group Holding Limited.
Executive Chairman Paul Mann noted that the acquisitions align with the company’s broader strategy to identify exceptional value assets with strong prospects for advancement through exploration, development, and production.
