Patagonia Gold Corp. has resumed operations at its flagship Calcatreu project in Rio Negro Province, Argentina, after the provincial Secretariat of Labour lifted a temporary activity suspension following an agreement regarding the hiring and training of local workers.

The administrative action was originally issued following a labour inspection on August 19, 2026, which forced a preventive, partial and temporary suspension of certain activities at the site. With the labour agreement now executed, Patagonia is working to progressively normalize operations while evaluating the temporary suspension’s exact impact on the project's production levels and production objectives for the upcoming periods.

Alongside the operational restart, the company completed its third gold and silver doré dispatch from Calcatreu, containing approximately 996 gold equivalent ounces. That figure nearly doubles the initial dispatch of 518 gold equivalent ounces announced in June 2026, marking a significant step up in metal output.

The increased output demonstrates the continued progress achieved in leaching, recovery and downstream processing activities since leaching operations officially commenced on April 15, 2026. The asset is supported by a substantial resource base, holding total measured and indicated mineral resources estimated at 9.84 million tonnes at an average grade of 2.11 g/t gold and 19.8 g/t silver.

The third doré dispatch consists of approximately 980 contained gold ounces and 1,099 contained silver ounces, converted using a silver-to-gold ratio of 67.8:1 derived from London Bullion Market Association prices as of August 24, 2026. Patagonia is continuing to monitor leach pad performance and metallurgical recoveries as the site advances its operational schedule following the resolution of the labour stoppage.
