Patriot Secures Five-Year Exploration Agreement at Tassa Silver-Gold Project

Patriot Resources Limited has secured a five-year land access agreement with the Tassa Community, unlocking multi-year surface exploration and drilling across the entirety of the Tassa Silver-Gold Project in southern Peru.
The newly executed agreement covers all surface exploration activities, including drilling, across the project area. This broad operational mandate contrasts with the prior Pachamayo Community authorisation, which was restricted to surface mapping and sampling across 226 hectares in the northern portion of the project for an initial three-month period.
The Tassa Community Exploration Agreement and the Pachamayo Community Prospecting Agreement together cover the complete footprint of the project. This unified access arrangement includes the recently pegged Tassa 5 tenement, which expanded the project footprint and increased the interpreted strike length along the Tassa Fault to 3.1 kilometres.
The 100%-owned project, which Patriot acquired in March 2026, hosts an initial JORC Inferred Mineral Resource of 18.53 million tonnes at 52.68 g/t silver equivalent, containing 31.39 million ounces of silver equivalent.
"Concluding this five-year agreement with the Tassa Community gives us a clear, multi-year pathway to carry out surface exploration and drilling across the Company's Tassa high grade silver deposit. The agreement includes our recently pegged Tassa 5 tenement."
"Our team works closely with both the Tassa Community and the Pachamayo Community. This agreement reflects the strength of the relationship we've built with both these local communities. We're grateful for their continued support, trust and collaboration and we look forward to working closely with them as our exploration program progresses."

Alongside the operational update in Peru, Patriot announced its intention to divest its Zambian copper portfolio. This planned exit follows a previously announced initiative to divest the Gorman lithium project in Canada, as the company moves to establish itself as a 100%-focused silver and gold explorer in Peru. Surface exploration on the high-grade silver deposit is scheduled to commence shortly.
