Patriot Resources has secured formal authorisation from the Pachamayo Community allowing its Peru-based operating team, Colque Perú S.A.C., to conduct detailed geological mapping and surface sampling across the community land tenure, which spans 226 hectares in the northern portion of the 100%-owned Tassa Silver-Gold Project in southern Peru.

The authorisation follows a community assembly held with Pachamayo representatives and covers an initial three-month period. The field program will incorporate two community-appointed guides and four local assistants from the Pachamayo Community to support local participation in the planned exploration activities.

Colque Perú S.A.C. is currently conducting the three-month surface mapping and sampling program across the authorised land tenure to support drill-target definition. The work follows Patriot reporting a maiden JORC Inferred Mineral Resource for Tassa of 18.53 million tonnes at 52.68 g/t AgEq containing 31.39 million ounces of silver equivalent in February 2026.

"Reaching this agreement with the Pachamayo Community is an important step for Tassa. It is a great opportunity to conduct mapping and surface sampling in the north of the project with Pachamayo community members, and it reflects the strength of the relationship we've built with the Pachamayo Community. It's a part of the wider Tassa Project, and we're grateful to the Pachamayo Community for their support."

— Dominic Duggan, CEO & Managing Director

Discussions are continuing with the Tassa Community regarding access to other parts of the project to support readiness for an initial drilling program.
