PC Gold Delivers up to 99.4% Gold Extraction in Spring Hill Metallurgy Testwork

PC Gold Ltd has completed metallurgical testwork for the Spring Hill Gold Project in the Northern Territory, returning overall gold extractions between 90.2% and 99.4% across the deposit's domains.

The testwork program, completed by Bureau Veritas under the supervision of Strategic Metallurgy, evaluated six master composite samples representing the weathered, transitional and fresh zones of the 43.6-million-tonne deposit, which holds a total Mineral Resource Estimate of 1.51 million ounces of contained gold at 1.1 grams per tonne.

The results demonstrated strong gravity gold recoveries ranging from 33.1% to 48.9%. Weathered composite samples proved to be free-milling, delivering 99.4% gold extraction at a coarse 80% passing grind size of 150 micrometres. Fresh domains returned overall gold extractions from 90.2% to 98.7% at grind sizes between 106 and 150 micrometres, indicating a preference for carbon-in-leach processing over carbon-in-pulp circuits.

True specific gravity determinations across the composite samples reported higher values ranging from 2.87 to 3.07 tonnes per cubic metre. This compares with bulk densities of 2.57 tonnes per cubic metre for oxide, 2.69 tonnes per cubic metre for transitional, and 2.77 tonnes per cubic metre for fresh domains utilised in the July 2026 interim Mineral Resource Estimate. PC Gold is conducting systematic density evaluations across each domain, with a particular focus on the Link Zone due to its abundance of hematite and maghemite.

The testwork also recorded very low lime and cyanide consumption alongside a low deleterious and hazardous element profile across all tested domains.

The metallurgical data will feed directly into the project's Pre-Feasibility Study, which remains on track for delivery in mid-November 2026. PC Gold plans to release an updated Mineral Resource Estimate incorporating the new density testwork in mid-December 2026.
