Peregrine Gold Recovers Visible Gold From Newman Bulk Samples

Peregrine Gold Limited has recovered visible gold from two orientation bulk samples collected immediately adjacent to the Peninsula Prospect within the Newman Gold & Iron Ore Project in Western Australia.
The bulk sampling program tested paleo gravels flanking the current creek system to evaluate dry blowing as an extraction method. Pit 1, located approximately 110 metres south of the Peninsula auriferous quartz vein, yielded a 48-gram ironstone-quartz-gold specimen alongside smaller pieces, returning an estimated total of approximately 5.3 grams of gold. Pit 2, dug 20 metres south of the vein, recovered approximately 7 grams of gold as smaller pieces.
Both pits extracted between 500 and 700 kilograms of paleo gravel material for processing through a dry blower, followed by panning of the concentrates. These visual recoveries represent qualitative field observations and are not a substitute for laboratory analysis.
The Newman Gold & Iron Ore Project is 100% owned by Peregrine Gold and encompasses multiple prospects, including Peninsula and the Capricorn Prospect further south. Initial discovery sampling of paleo gravels previously reported gold presence via panning concentrates, whereas the current orientation program recovered specific gold weights.
Recent channel sampling approximately 400 metres south of the bulk sample sites returned peak gold results of up to 13.5 g/t Au and 1.8 g/t Au from paleo gravel units. Additional sampling across the Capricorn Prospect previously reported gold-anomalous paleo gravels over a strike length of approximately 2.6 kilometres.
Assays are currently pending for a further 22 channel samples collected across the older, inferred paleo-gravel unit at the Capricorn Prospect. If these samples return anomalous gold, the collective width of auriferous paleo gravels across that portion of the prospect could increase to a maximum width of approximately 280 metres. Reverse circulation drilling and dry blowing programs are planned across key prospects at the Newman Gold & Iron Ore Project, subject to final heritage approval.
Meanwhile, regional gold exploration in the surrounding district includes drilling results of 36 metres at 16 g/t gold from 181 metres at Mt Olympus reported by Kalamazoo Resources Limited in August 2026.
