Perpetual Appoints GreenMet to Advance Nevada Scheelite Engagement
Perpetual Resources Limited has appointed Washington D.C.-based advisory firm GreenMet to bolster engagement with the U.S. government regarding the Nevada Scheelite Mine.
This appointment aims to integrate the project into critical minerals initiatives, targeting funding and strategic partnerships. Perpetual will leverage GreenMet’s industry relationships to improve visibility among policymakers involved in the domestic supply chain for tungsten, a metal essential for aerospace, industrial, and defense applications.
GreenMet, led by founder and CEO Drew Horn—a former official with the White House National Space Council and the U.S. Departments of Energy and Defense—will develop a strategic engagement roadmap. This includes stakeholder mapping and identifying federal and state funding opportunities for the brownfields asset.
“The appointment of GreenMet represents another important milestone in our strategy to maximise the strategic value of the Nevada Scheelite Tungsten Project.”
— Julian Babarczy, Executive Chairman
The move complements Perpetual’s broader critical minerals platform, which includes significant exploration permits in Brazil’s "Lithium Valley" and extensive tungsten claims in the Seridó Mineral Province.
