Perseus Mining Limited has updated its estimated Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves as of 30 June 2026, lifting total group Measured and Indicated Mineral Resources by 2.9 million ounces to 10.6 million ounces of gold.

The updated resource base represents a 37% increase against the 7.8 million ounces reported in the previous comparison point on 30 June 2025. Proved and Probable Ore Reserves for the group rose by 2.0 million ounces, or 40%, to reach a total of 7.0 million ounces of gold compared to the prior year.

According to the company, the revisions reflect a portfolio-wide optimization approach adopted during its annual planning cycle rather than adherence to fixed investment targets for individual assets. The strategy seeks to balance funding for growth opportunities against business-generated cash margins.

Project-level figures show distinct contributions across the operating portfolio. Nyanzaga Ore Reserves increased by 1,767 thousand ounces, representing a 75% gain to reach 4,109 thousand ounces, or 95.7 million tonnes grading 1.34 grams per tonne of gold, since the June 2025 estimate.

At Yaouré, Ore Reserves grew by 217 thousand ounces, or 15%. Edikan Measured and Indicated Mineral Resources expanded by 834 thousand ounces, marking a 54% increase from the prior period.

The company holds an 80% interest in the Nyanzaga Gold Project in Tanzania, alongside a 90% interest in both the Edikan and Yaouré gold mines, and an 86% interest in the Sissingué Gold Mine. The Meyas Sand Gold Project in Sudan has been removed entirely from group reporting following the sale of the company's interest announced in March 2026.

Open-pit resources across the portfolio are reported above optimized open-pit shells utilizing a long-term gold price assumption of US$3,300 per ounce, with the exception of Nyanzaga, which is reported at US$2,700 per ounce.

Looking toward upcoming milestones, Perseus has scheduled first production at the Nyanzaga Gold Project for January 2027. For the 2027 financial year, the company issued production guidance of 420,000 to 480,000 ounces of gold at an All-In Site Cost ranging between US$1,835 and US$2,070 per ounce.
