Pinnacle Silver and Gold has identified gold-silver mineralization through systematic channel sampling within newly rehabilitated underground workings at its El Potrero project in Durango, Mexico. The sampling at the Dos de Mayo Norte workings returned grades reaching 26.1 g/t gold and 511 g/t silver over 0.5 metres.

These results, derived from 150 channel samples, have outlined a sub-vertical mineralized shoot measuring 30 metres along strike and at least 85 metres in vertical extent.

“As is typical of these low sulphidation epithermal systems, higher-grade mineralization occurs in sub-vertical ‘shoots’ separated by lower-grade vein material. As systematic underground channel sampling is limited to the extent of the workings, combining this information with what we are starting to see in drill core from the underground drilling program is providing valuable insights to the El Potrero mineralizing system.”

Pinnacle is preparing to launch a surface drill program between September and October 2026. The campaign will target strike extensions and vertical gaps along the Dos de Mayo vein, as well as the El Capulin and La Estrella veins. The company intends to use data from these combined exploration efforts to generate an internal resource estimate and develop a preliminary mine plan.
