Pirate Gold Corp. has intersected 0.24% copper equivalent over 299.4 metres from a downhole depth of 12.6 metres at the Moby Dick copper-gold discovery within its 100%-owned Treasure Island Project in Central Newfoundland.

The broad interval from drill hole PGC-26-118 includes 0.43% copper equivalent over 56.5 metres, containing a higher-grade core of 0.52% copper equivalent over 35.6 metres, alongside a separate interval of 0.43% copper equivalent over 19.8 metres. The hole also re-entered mineralization below a late-stage mafic dyke, returning 0.23% copper equivalent over 72.7 metres from 424.0 metres downhole, including 0.33% copper equivalent over 37.0 metres.

The ongoing exploration at Moby Dick forms part of Pirate Gold's broader regional work across the Crippleback Intrusive Suite. Project operator Pirate Gold also staked six new map-staked claims near the project between June 2026 and August 2026.

At the Western EM anomaly, located approximately 2.5 kilometres west of Moby Dick, drill hole PGC-26-074A returned 0.07% copper equivalent over 321.2 metres from a downhole depth of 17.0 metres, featuring narrow higher-grade intervals including 0.92% copper equivalent over 0.7 metres.

Pirate Gold has pending assay results from 11 additional drill holes targeting the Moby Dick discovery. A barge-mounted drill is also preparing to test portions of the Moby Dick anomaly beneath Crippleback Lake in September 2026, while an airborne Mobile MT geophysical survey covering 4,345 line-kilometres is underway across the southern portion of the Treasure Island Project.
