Premier American Uranium Inc. has intersected uranium mineralization in 13 of 22 drill holes at the Rustler target and seven of 27 holes at the Outpost target during ongoing exploration at the Kaycee Project in Wyoming’s Powder River Basin.

The company has completed 50 conventional mud-rotary drill holes totaling 41,960 feet since drilling commenced in early May. The total footage accounts for approximately 42% of the planned 100,000-foot 2026 exploration drilling program across the wholly-owned asset.

At the Rustler target area, hole RT26-085 intersected 3.5 feet grading 0.135% equivalent U3O8, including 2 feet grading 0.204% equivalent U3O8. Drilling in the lower Wasatch Formation at Rustler confirmed uranium mineralization within two separate sandstone units. Gamma ray borehole geophysical log results indicate possible stacked roll fronts in the upper unit. Oxidation states show the two systems are independent, with the redox boundary in the lower sand unit located well to the east of the upper sand boundary.

At the Outpost target, hole LT26-077 intersected 2 feet grading 0.073% equivalent U3O8, including 0.5 feet grading 0.101%. Radiometric assay results and borehole geophysical data are being incorporated in real time to refine subsurface channel geometry and guide subsequent drill locations.

Premier American Uranium acquired the Kaycee Project through its statutory plan of arrangement with Nuclear Fuels Inc. in September 2025.
