Blade Resources Secures CSE Listing With Prismo Holding 24% Stake
Prismo Metals holds a 24% stake in Blade Resources as the exploration company prepares to list its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange on September 14, 2026, under the symbol “AZCU”.
The listing follows a transaction completed in March 2026, when Prismo assigned its rights, interests, and obligations in the Hot Breccia copper project in Arizona to Blade Resources in exchange for 6,755,000 common shares, making it Blade's largest single shareholder. Prismo also retains the right to nominate one representative to Blade's board of directors and holds participation rights in future equity offerings to maintain its undiluted ownership percentage.

Blade plans to conduct drilling at the Hot Breccia project before the end of 2026.
“In our opinion, the Silver King and Hot Breccia projects are some of the most compelling copper exploration opportunities in North America. With the listing of Blade Resources, our shareholders are now exposed to the upside of two significant copper exploration plays in Arizona.”
“We optioned Hot Breccia in January 2023 and advanced the project to a fully permitted, drill ready stage. The principals and financial backers of Blade have a long history and strong track record in raising significant capital for exploration programs of the scale required at Hot Breccia. We look forward to Hot Breccia being drilled before the end of this year.”
— Alain Lambert, CEO of Prismo
Prismo is advancing its own exploration portfolio, anchored by the Silver King project in Arizona. The property is a historic silver mine that previously yielded nearly six million ounces of silver at grades of up to 61 ounces per ton.
