Prospect Ridge Resources Corp. has appointed broadcast veteran and strategic communications professional Ellis Martin to its Board of Directors as an independent director, effective immediately.

Martin brings nearly three decades of experience serving the natural resources and mining sectors. As founder and host of The Ellis Martin Report, he has advised publicly traded resource companies on corporate positioning, investor engagement, and media strategy across North American and international platforms.

Prospect Ridge also entered into a six-month agreement with Martin City Studios, LLC, commencing on or about September 1, 2026. Under the terms, Martin will lead market outreach efforts to widen the company's investor base through audio interviews and promotional materials. Prospect Ridge will pay US$50,000 for the initial term, covering production and primary distribution costs. The arrangement is subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval.

The board addition supports the company as it advances its exploration portfolio, including the 100%-owned Excalibur copper-gold porphyry project covering 27.7 square kilometres in British Columbia’s Babine porphyry belt.
