Prosper Gold Corp. has completed the sale of the Golden Sidewalk and Skinner properties to Kenorland Exploration Ltd. for C$1,000,000 in cash following the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and receipt of conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.

The transaction was approved by a two-thirds majority of Prosper Gold Corp.’s disinterested shareholders during an annual general and special meeting held on August 20, 2026, advancing an initial purchase agreement announced in June 2026. With the completion of the transfer, Prosper Gold Corp. has received the C$1,000,000 cash consideration, and no finders' fees were payable on the agreement.

The Golden Sidewalk Project covers over 160 square kilometres of contiguous mineral claims and mining leases within the western Birch-Uchi Greenstone Belt, located approximately 60 kilometres east of Red Lake, Ontario. Prior to the divestment, Prosper Gold Corp. carried out diamond drilling programs focused on the property's Skinner Target Area. Exploration expenses for those drilling campaigns were partially offset by financial support from the Ontario Junior Exploration Program.

Following the initial purchase agreement, Kenorland staked 44 new claims near the project, located between 21.4 kilometres and 31.7 kilometres from the centre of the property, on August 5, 2026.

Activity across the surrounding district continues to draw attention to the region's operational output. Elsewhere in the area, West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd. reported second-quarter 2026 production of 8,576 ounces of gold and generated $9.7 million in free cash flow at the Madsen mine.
