Providence Gold Mines Inc. has initiated a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $1,000,000 in gross proceeds through the issuance of up to 20,000,000 units.

The offering prices each unit at $0.05. Every unit combines one common share with one share purchase warrant, which carries a one-year exercise period and an exercise price of $0.07. The transaction is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange, and the company notes that finders’ fees may be paid in connection with the financing.

Funds raised from the placement will be directed toward advancing the La Dama de Oro gold property alongside general and administrative purposes. The La Dama de Oro project holds established permits for water, road, environmental requirements, operations planning, and a mill site, alongside official approval to extract a 1,000-ton bulk sample. Providence plans to advance that permitted 1,000-ton bulk sample following ongoing sampling work designed to evaluate available mineralization across the property.

In the surrounding district, regional activity includes KAPA Gold Inc., which closed the second and final tranche of its private placement on July 20, 2026, raising aggregate gross proceeds of CAD$2,786,800 for its Blackhawk project.
