Purecore Metals Inc. has executed a definitive option agreement with Skyharbour Resources Ltd. to secure the right to earn up to a 100% interest in the 35,029-hectare Yurchison Uranium Property in northern Saskatchewan.

Under the agreement, Purecore builds on an initial non-binding letter of intent signed in July 2026. The property encompasses 22 mineral claims situated approximately 75 kilometres south of Cameco Corporation’s Rabbit Lake operation, with Highway 905 crossing the claim block. Historical work completed prior to 2000 included geophysics, mapping, geochemical sampling, and drilling, with historical prospecting near old trenches returning uranium values ranging from 0.09% to 0.30% U₃O₈ alongside molybdenum values between 2,500 and 6,400 ppm.

Alongside the Yurchison option, Purecore holds a 100% interest in the Bankier Property in British Columbia's Quesnel Terrane. Located about 22 kilometres west of Peachland and 20 kilometres south of the historical Brenda copper-molybdenum mine, Bankier features multi-element Mobile Metal Ion anomalies in copper, molybdenum, gold, and uranium. The company completed Phase One field exploration at Bankier in July 2026 and is currently integrating historical geological, geochemical, and geophysical datasets to refine upcoming drill and exploration targets.

The operational expansion follows a C$1.5 million non-brokered private placement closed on July 6, 2026, which issued 1,500,000 units priced at C$1.00. Each unit comprised one common share and a transferable warrant exercisable at C$2.00 over a three-year term. Purecore has also added Jordan Trimble, President and CEO of project partner Skyharbour Resources, to its advisory team as a Strategic Advisor, joining technical specialists Dr. Ted Rygas and Dr. Dennis LaPoint.

“Since listing in May, we have moved quickly to execute our strategy. We have secured capital, expanded into the Athabasca Basin, advanced our copper-focused exploration in Quesnel Terrane, strengthened our advisory team and established trading access in Canada, Europe and the United States.”

“Ten significant milestones in roughly three months reflects the pace we intend to maintain. Our strategy remains simple: two commodities, one demand curve — uranium and copper positioned against the long-term growth in global electricity demand.”

— Peter Berdusco, President and Chief Executive Officer

Purecore's common shares currently trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, and the OTCQB Venture Market.
