Q-Gold Resources Ltd. has returned select grab sample assays of up to 600 g/t gold from its summer 2026 exploration program at the Mine Centre Gold Project in Ontario.

The three-rotation field program ran from June through August 2026 and included geological mapping, vein tracing, prospecting, and systematic channel sampling across targets north and south of the historic Foley Mine. The work generated 222 grab samples and 126 channel samples, building on previous diamond drilling campaigns that intersected high-grade mineralization such as 36.7 g/t gold over 0.5 metres at the Vowel vein.

Assay highlights from the summer program include grab samples returning 600 g/t, 73.4 g/t, 57.8 g/t, and 44.0 g/t gold along a northwest-striking vein at the Ferguson Showing, approximately 500 metres southwest of the historic Golden Star Mine. Additional high-grade sampling approximately 300 metres south of the Foley Mine returned 95.1 g/t and 89.8 g/t gold within the Vowel, Jumbo, and Bonanza multi-vein systems. Sampling south of the historic Manhattan Gold Vein Mine also returned 46.6 g/t and 34.7 g/t gold.

Assays for all 126 channel samples and the remaining third-rotation grab samples are currently pending. QGold is integrating the returned assay data with new mapping and structural measurements to rank drill targets across North Foley, South Foley, Nugget, Ferguson, and Pacitto.

We will combine the pending channel assays with our mapping and structural data to prioritize the targets for the planned drill campaign.”

The company plans to execute a diamond drilling campaign later in 2026 to test surface targets and increase drill density around the Foley Mine.
