Questcorp Mining Inc. reported assay results from its Phase 2A summer core drilling campaign at the La Union Project in northwestern Sonora, Mexico, highlighted by hole UND26-015 at Union Norte, which intersected 14.60 metres grading 0.45 g/t gold-equivalent from 1.00 metre.

The program was operated by Riverside Resources Inc. for Questcorp, which holds an option to acquire a 100 per cent interest in the project.

Hole UND26-015 included 5.60 metres grading 0.96 g/t gold-equivalent from 8.00 metres, including 4.60 metres grading 1.09 g/t gold-equivalent. A second hole, UND26-014, intersected 9.10 metres grading 0.76 g/t gold-equivalent from 1.90 metres, including 4.50 metres grading 1.18 g/t gold-equivalent and 1.50 metres grading 3.38 g/t gold-equivalent. The company stated these adjacent shallow holes intersected the mineralized feeder structure and confirmed continuity within the Clemente Formation.

At Union Mine, hole UND26-013 tested the southward extension of the historic Sproul replacement body, intersecting the horizon with anomalous lead and zinc values. At Luis Hill, an induced polarization survey outlined a chargeability anomaly extending over one kilometre along strike and 300 metres deep, coinciding with sediment-hosted gold mineralization. Initial drilling there in late 2025 returned 42 metres grading 0.3 g/t gold. Hole UND26-018 was collared above the anomaly but stopped before its 150-metre target due to drilling complications.

Questcorp is evaluating a reverse-circulation drilling contractor to improve penetration rates through faulted ground. Drilling is scheduled to resume in September 2026 after the rainy season. Phase 2B will prioritize step-out and down-dip drilling at Union Norte, deeper drilling beneath Union Mine, and testing of the Luis Hill anomaly.
