Agnico Eagle Takes 10.45% Stake in Radisson Mining Via C$57 Million Placement for O'Brien Underground Work

Radisson Mining Resources Inc. has closed its previously announced private placement with Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, raising aggregate gross proceeds of C$57,159,400.
Under the terms of the private placement, Agnico Eagle purchased 53,420,000 units at a price of C$1.07 per unit. Each unit consists of one Class A common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with whole warrants exercisable at C$1.39 per share for a period of 60 months. The transaction gives Agnico Eagle an ownership position of approximately 10.45% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Radisson on a non-diluted basis and roughly 14.90% on a partially diluted basis.
The capital will fund the commencement of an advanced underground exploration program at Radisson’s 100%-owned O'Brien Gold Project, located in the Abitibi region of Québec along the Larder-Lake-Cadillac Break. The program will include the development of an access ramp and related underground and surface mine infrastructure. Radisson's ongoing 140,000-metre step-out drill program continues as planned, supported by existing cash resources.
Concurrent with the closing of the private placement, the companies executed an investor rights agreement. The private placement was completed on a non-brokered basis without commissions or finder's fees. Securities issued under the placement are subject to a hold period expiring on January 2, 2027, and the arrangement remains subject to the final acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
A preliminary economic assessment completed in July 2025 for the O'Brien Gold Project outlined an 11-year mine life, with indicated mineral resources estimated at 0.63 million ounces and inferred mineral resources estimated at 1.69 million ounces.
