Raiden Resources Limited has completed and resubmitted its environmental documentation for the Crixás Gold Tailings Project in Goiás State, Brazil, following a request from state regulators.

The company submitted the required Environmental Impact Statement, along with associated laboratory results and supporting reports, to the State Secretariat of Environment and Sustainable Development for ongoing review. The documentation package addresses the water management plan and represents the final outstanding regulatory item required to advance the permitting process.

Raiden secured the right to acquire an 85% commercial interest in the project in November 2025. The asset comprises a valley-fill gold tailings deposit derived from historical artisanal mining. Existing on-site infrastructure includes workshops, offices, a mess hall, a third-party-owned 30-tonne-per-hour processing plant, road access, and nearby grid power.

In June 2026, the company reported that a water management report was being prepared as the last outstanding item for submission. With the completion of those studies and the resubmission of the full documentation set, the regulatory focus shifts to the re-issue of the environmental permit.

Re-issuance of the environmental permit and subsequent verification by the Brazilian Mining Authority are the primary prerequisites before operational activities can begin. Subject to receiving these approvals, Raiden intends to execute an initial drilling program of sufficient scale to support a JORC-compliant Mineral Resource Estimate. The planned evaluation workstreams also encompass fast-tracked metallurgical evaluation to define the preferred processing route, with a focus on simple gravity separation, before progressing toward a final investment decision. The preliminary cost for the evaluation phase is estimated at less than A$1 million.

The company will update the market following further feedback from SEMAD or upon confirmation that the environmental permit has been re-issued.
