Ramaco Resources has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Indium Corporation to negotiate the potential supply of gallium and germanium from the Brook Mine rare earth and critical-mineral project in Wyoming.

Under the arrangement, the companies will negotiate potential offtake and supply terms for the metals sourced from the development project. The MOU remains non-binding, with any future supply arrangements subject to due diligence, the negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, and the successful development of the Brook Mine project. Ramaco and Indium Corporation plan to negotiate definitive supply agreements for gallium and germanium from the Brook Mine project.

The Brook Mine holds a five-year mining permit approved by the Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality authorizing coal mining and reclamation activities across 4,548.8 permitted acres north of Sheridan, Wyoming. Ramaco has also commenced initial site development for a pilot processing plant and laboratory adjacent to the property, backed by a $6.1 million matching grant from the Wyoming Energy Authority's Energy Matching Fund.

Prior to the Indium Corporation agreement, Ramaco executed non-binding memoranda of understanding in August 2026 with Bedrock Semiconductor and roboLoop, alongside an MOU with REalloys in May 2026, regarding potential critical mineral and e-waste feedstock supply from the Brook Mine.
