Ramp Metals Secures DTC Eligibility and Prepares Camp Construction

Ramp Metals has secured Depository Trust Company eligibility for its common shares, enabling electronic clearing and settlement across the United States under the symbol RMPMF.
The eligibility streamlines the trading process and broadens access for United States investors and brokerage firms by handling electronic clearing and settlement through the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation network.
To support ongoing field work, Ramp Metals has contracted JP Enterprises to construct a temporary, fully permitted exploration camp on Keith Lake at its flagship Rottenstone SW property in northern Saskatchewan. The central location within the Rottenstone SW claim package is designed to accommodate a maximum of 25 persons using temporary structures, providing an operational base for future exploration programs. Construction on the facility is scheduled to begin toward the end of September 2026.
“This is a big milestone for the project,” commented Garrett Smith, VP of Exploration for Ramp Metals. “Establishing this exploration camp will greatly improve the logistics of future programs, as we continue to prove out the Rush deposit and explore the rest of the property.”

The Rottenstone SW property hosts a high-grade gold discovery of 73.55 g/t Au over 7.5 metres at the Ranger target, alongside a volcanogenic massive sulphide discovery at the Rush target.
Alongside the camp development, Ramp Metals has completed a debt settlement totaling $57,227.43 by issuing 204,383 common shares at a deemed price of $0.28 per share to clear outstanding accounts payable with certain creditors. Meanwhile, laboratory assay results from the company's spring 2026 drill program at the Redridge, Runway, and Ranger targets remain pending.
