Regis Resources Limited recorded a net profit after tax of $715 million for the 2026 financial year, up from $254 million in the previous 12-month period, driven by higher gold sales revenue and operating margins.

The Western Australian gold producer reported group gold sales revenue of $2.349 billion for FY26, compared with $1.647 billion previously. Output across the company's operations, including the Duketon gold project and its stake in Tropicana, reached 379,050 ounces of gold at an all-in sustaining cost of $2,945 per ounce. EBITDA rose to $1.345 billion, delivering an EBITDA margin of 57%.

The financial performance expanded the company's cash and bullion reserves to $1.184 billion as of 30 June 2026, an increase from $517 million at the end of June 2025.

Reflecting the higher earnings, the Board declared fully franked final dividends of 20 cents per share, consisting of a 15 cents per share ordinary dividend and a 5 cents per share special dividend totalling $151 million. The ex-dividend date for the final payout is set for 10 September 2026, with payment scheduled for 7 October 2026. Total fully franked dividends for FY26 reached 35 cents per share, representing a payout ratio of 39% of the group cash increase.

“During the year we introduced a new capital management policy that formalises how the Board considers the return of capital to shareholders, balancing ongoing distributions with continued investment in the business. Consistent with that policy and our strong FY26 performance, the Board has declared fully franked final dividends of 20 cents per share, comprising a 15 cents per share ordinary dividend and a 5 cents per share special dividend totalling $151M.”

— Mr Jim Beyer, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

The total dividend payout brings fully franked declarations for the year to 35 cents per share, supported by an unhedged balance sheet heading into FY27.
