Renforth Resources Inc. has completed a non-brokered private placement raising $962,580 in gross proceeds through the sale of 38,503,185 common share units priced at $0.025 each.

Each unit consists of one common share and half of one purchase warrant. No fees were paid in connection with the transaction.

Following the closing, insider Frank Guillemette filed an early warning report disclosing an increase in his holdings. Mr. Guillemette now holds 58,103,185 common shares and 49,051,592 warrants, representing approximately 19.93% of the company's issued and outstanding shares on a partially diluted basis. He holds the securities for investment purposes.

Concurrent with the financing completion, Renforth has resumed mechanized overburden removal and washing at the Parbec gold deposit in the Abitibi region of Québec. The field team is currently executing the program to extend two previously sampled channels, designated as CHNL-PAR-26-51 and CHNL-PAR-26-58, in order to constrain null assay values following earlier hand-digging limitations.

Previous channel sampling at the property returned highlight intercepts including 2.97 g/t gold over 10.2 metres in channel 51 and 8.02 g/t gold over 2.55 metres in channel 58, with reported intervals measured along the cut channel rather than true width.

The Parbec deposit is contiguous to Agnico Eagle Mines Limited’s Canadian Malartic complex. The current stripping and channel sampling campaign within the open-pit footprint accompanies the company’s April 2025 Mineral Resource Estimate for the asset.

The company is currently awaiting outstanding assay results for three recently cut channels at Parbec as well as data from a recently completed drill program and the Victoria deposit. Renforth plans to incorporate the incoming analytical data into an internal Mineral Resource Estimate update for the Parbec deposit.
