Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE: RFR) has provided an operational update regarding its ongoing exploration activities at the Victoria Ni/Cu/Co polymetallic deposit and the Parbec gold project. The company successfully completed two undercut drillholes at Victoria, with both holes intercepting visual mineralization. These holes, drilled at 45 and 65 degrees, were designed to test areas below previous drill results and current resource model estimates. The mineralized sections observed in the core included chalcopyrite, sphalerite, pyrrhotite, and pyrite. Samples from these holes have been selected and are undergoing preparation for lab analysis.

The company is now transitioning its drill rig to a second undercut area at the Victoria site, following its strategy of systematically testing the deposit’s polymetallic potential. This work at Victoria represents one pillar of a dual-focus portfolio that also includes the advancement of the Parbec gold deposit. Parbec is situated in the Abitibi region of Québec, a location that benefits from its geographical proximity to the Canadian Malartic complex, which recently reported record quarterly operating margins.

At the Parbec project, Renforth has received a new drill permit valid for three years, which significantly increases the company's operational capacity by authorizing up to 60,000 metres of drilling across 17 distinct stations. This permitting milestone represents a notable advancement in project development, shifting from the limited scope of earlier infill programs to a more flexible, long-term framework. While awaiting assay results from recent channel sampling, the technical team has identified additional felsite occurrences along the southwest edge of the stripped area, which will be submitted for testing.

To support these ongoing exploration initiatives, the company is moving forward with a financing plan. The proposed capital raise is structured to provide the necessary liquidity for continued fieldwork as the company balances its polymetallic and gold exploration priorities.

"Renforth is undertaking a small fundraising, expected to appeal to existing shareholders, via the placement of critical minerals flow through shares at $0.03 per share, or common share units." — Nicole Brewster, President & CEO

The terms of the offering include common share units, with each unit consisting of one common share and one-half of a warrant. Each full warrant will allow the holder to purchase an additional share at $0.06 for an 18-month period. This financing is scheduled to close by the end of July 2026. Looking ahead, investors can expect further news flow as the company prepares to report assay results from the recently completed Victoria drill program, complementing the broader effort to define and unlock value across its Abitibi-region portfolio. By maintaining this disciplined exploration approach, Renforth continues to build upon its established land position in one of Canada's most prolific mining districts. The combination of updated permits at the gold deposit and ongoing technical work at the polymetallic site marks a period of increased field activity for the explorer.
