Resolution Minerals Ltd has commenced trading of its American Depositary Shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol RML, establishing a secondary U.S. listing that operates alongside its primary listing on the Australian Securities Exchange.

The dual-listing arrangement required no associated capital raising in the United States. Each American Depositary Share represents 200 ordinary shares of the company. The Bank of New York Mellon acts as the depositary, custodian, and registrar for the American Depositary Receipt program. Initial trading volumes may experience limitations while existing shareholders complete the transfer process to deposit ordinary shares into the ADR program for exchange-traded access on Nasdaq.

The U.S. trading venue addition supports the company's development of the Horse Heaven project in Valley County, Idaho. Resolution acquired the Horse Heaven property, which shares its eastern boundary with Perpetua Resources' Stibnite project.

The corporate expansion follows a period of heightened institutional funding activity. The company previously completed a $2 million placement in November 2025 before executing a larger, institutionally-led capital raise totaling A$20 million in April 2026, which was corner-stoned by Tribeca Investment Partners and L1 Capital Global Opportunities Master Fund.

In addition to capital markets access, the company was admitted as a member of the U.S. Defense Industrial Base Consortium in June 2026. Resolution is awaiting the outcome of its funding application submitted to the U.S. Defense Industrial Base Consortium regarding its tungsten development strategy as operations continue at the Idaho asset.

“The Commencement of trading on Nasdaq is a very important strategic milestone for Resolution Minerals and the natural progression of our growing presence in the United States.”

— Ari Zaetz, Managing Director

Resolution continues to advance its Golden Gate and Antimony Ridge assets, both of which have been awarded FAST-41 Permitting Status by the White House.
