REV Exploration Corp. has engaged Calgary-based energy consultant GLJ Ltd. to provide expanded geoscience and engineering support as the company prepares for its inaugural drill program targeting helium discovery opportunities in Montana and the Northern Great Plains.

The appointment expands REV’s technical bench on a project-specific basis alongside its existing team. GLJ will assist with technical data integration, subsurface interpretation, prospect evaluation, pre-drill and post-drill analysis, and deposit modeling to strengthen the workflow surrounding prospect maturation and drilling decisions.

“Bringing GLJ into the fold adds another layer of technical horsepower to REV at an important time for the Company. GLJ’s depth in geoscience, engineering and integrated subsurface evaluation complements the capabilities of our existing team and gives us additional bandwidth to evaluate opportunities efficiently and methodically as our exploration program expands.”

— Jordan Potts, CEO and Director

Alongside the technical engagement, REV entered into a 120-day advisory agreement with Toronto-based Hampton Securities Limited. Under the terms of the agreement, Hampton will provide advisory services in exchange for a one-time cash fee of C$400,000, payable upon execution.

The company also reported that its board of directors approved the grant of 125,000 stock options to certain consultants. The options carry an exercise price of $1.55, expire on August 17, 2031, and will vest in four equal quarterly installments beginning three months after the grant date, subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
