Ridgeline Minerals Sells Nevada Gold Projects for US$23.15 Million
Ridgeline Minerals has completed the sale of its interests in the Swift, Black Ridge, Bell Creek, and Atlas gold projects to Nevada Gold Mines for a total cash payment of US$23.15 million (C$32.7 million). The transaction, which became effective on August 3, 2026, grants the buyer 100% ownership of the four projects. The deal remains subject to final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
The company's stock is currently trading up 35.29%.

Following the divestment, Ridgeline holds a cash treasury of C$33 million and C$3 million in marketable securities. The company intends to continue executing its hybrid exploration business model by evaluating new acquisition and M&A opportunities, as well as staking additional precious and base metal exploration projects within Nevada.
