Right Resources Hits First Gold at Blue Prospect
Right Resources Limited has identified gold for the first time through modern exploration at the Blue Prospect, returning rock-chip grades of up to 1.19 g/t Au from quartz and quartz-tourmaline veins.
The sampling forms part of an extensive mineralised system located approximately 22km north of Tumbarumba in New South Wales. The Blue Prospect intrusive complex is interpreted to cover more than 4.7km by 3.4km and remains open in all directions.
Systematic rock-chip sampling, laboratory soil geochemistry and geological mapping confirmed gold alongside anomalous bismuth within a recently defined northwest-trending structural corridor. Nine rock-chip samples returned strongly anomalous gold and bismuth grades, with peak results including 1.19 g/t Au with 76 ppm Bi, 0.81 g/t Au with 299 ppm Bi, and 0.40 g/t Au with 109 ppm Bi. The strong spatial association between gold and bismuth underpins the company's interpretation that the prospect forms part of a large reduced intrusion-related tungsten and gold system.
Laboratory multi-element soil analysis defined prominent northwest, east-northeast and subsidiary northeast gold trends, alongside multiple coincident tungsten and bismuth anomalies.
Right Resources holds eight 100% owned exploration licences in the Tumbarumba Region of New South Wales, covering more than 90km of strike length along the Gilmore Fault Zone. The company's operational portfolio in the region also includes the Pilot Project, a high-grade gold target with historical underground production where maiden diamond drilling is underway.
Managing Director Graham Howard said the laboratory results had refined the project's exploration targets.
“The laboratory results have converted what was already a large surface tungsten anomaly into a clearly defined series of tungsten, bismuth and gold targets. In an interpreted reduced intrusion-related system, these are the pathfinder elements expected to be present within a proximal position to the intrusive core. We now have a 5km mineralised north-west trend, cross-cutting target zones and two top priority areas for further exploration identified.”
“The strong relationship between gold and bismuth gives us an important exploration vector. With surface grades of up to 1.19 grams per tonne gold and seven primary multi-element targets, we now have a clear framework for the next phase of work.”

The company is completing final approvals and mobilisation for its maiden drilling program at the Blue Prospect, which is targeted to commence in September 2026.
