Right Resources Ltd (ASX: RRE) has secured firm commitments to raise $2.7 million through a two-tranche share placement. Priced at A$0.09 per share, the capital raise includes a free attaching option for every two new shares, providing the explorer with necessary funding to advance its project pipeline across New South Wales.

The placement was cornerstoned by major existing shareholders, who are supporting the company’s ongoing exploration strategy. The company holds a extensive portfolio spanning 2,459 km² of tenements across the Tumbarumba and New England regions. Directors have signaled their alignment with the strategy by committing to subscribe for $300,000 of the total, pending shareholder approval at a general meeting expected in mid-August 2026.

"The support received from major existing shareholders is particularly encouraging, as these shareholders have followed the evolution of the Tumbarumba story and understand both the significance of the recent technical milestones and the potential scale of the opportunity ahead." — Graham Howard, Managing Director

Capital from the raise will accelerate target generation and drilling programs at the Pilot Gold Project and the Blue Tungsten Prospect. The company intends to commence a 3,000m air-core and reverse circulation drilling program at Blue in the third quarter of 2026. This will be followed by a 600m diamond drilling campaign at the Pilot project in the fourth quarter.

Following the placement, the company plans to launch a securities purchase plan to provide existing eligible shareholders with the opportunity to participate on equivalent terms, targeting an additional $1 million.
