Rox Resources Limited has returned high-grade assay results from underground diamond drilling at the United North prospect, part of its 100%-owned Youanmi gold project in Western Australia.

Underground diamond drilling completed in July comprised 17 holes for 3,198 metres, with host shear zones observed across all holes. Significant intercepts from the campaign include hole UNN26_014, which returned 2.24 metres at 39.33 grams per tonne gold from 220.70 metres. Additional high-grade results feature hole UNN26_011 with 5.00 metres at 6.39 grams per tonne gold from 108.00 metres, including 1.27 metres at 22.36 grams per tonne gold from 110.83 metres. Hole UNN26_009 yielded 10.40 metres at 2.65 grams per tonne gold from 113.83 metres, including 4.37 metres at 4.96 grams per tonne gold from 119.86 metres, while hole UNN26_012 returned 6.13 metres at 2.96 grams per tonne gold from 118.50 metres.

Alongside the drilling, underground face sampling assay results at United North have returned higher grades than previously modelled for the Definitive Feasibility Study. Ore drive development on the 2356mRL and 2341mRL levels is currently extending beyond the DFS mine plan.

“Development drives are now progressing beyond the DFS mine plan, delivering encouraging face sampling results which are strengthening our confidence in mineralisation extending beyond that outlined in the DFS.” — Phill Wilding, Managing Director & CEO

In addition to ongoing underground activities, Rox has executed a power purchase agreement with Pacific Energy Pty Ltd via a Build Own Operate package. The agreement covers an initial 10-year term to construct a multi-sourced facility capable of generating 25 megawatts in thermal power and 26 megawatt-dc in solar power, supported by two megawatts of backup diesel and a 9.3 megavolt-ampere battery. Pacific Energy has already mobilised to the site.

The company held a cash balance of $152.7 million at the end of June 2026 to support project development. Youanmi Deeps resource conversion and exploration drilling is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of calendar 2026, with the company remaining firmly on track to be delivering gold in mid-CY2027.
