SAGA Metals Corp. has completed its maiden Mineral Resource Estimate diamond drill program at the Trapper Zone on the Radar Critical Minerals Project near Cartwright, Labrador, wrapping up an eight-month campaign totaling 22,432 metres across 85 holes.

The completed program represents a substantial expansion from the company's previously disclosed totals. In late June 2026, SAGA Metals reported a cumulative total of 13,149 metres drilled across the project. The final campaign delivered an additional 9,283 metres, making it the largest drill program in company history. Every completed drill hole intersected oxide mineralization, supporting a 29-square-kilometre layered mafic intrusion that hosts vanadiferous titanomagnetite and ilmenite.

The Radar project comprises 24,175 hectares across nine mineral licenses in southeastern Labrador and entirely encloses the approximately 160-square-kilometre Dykes River Intrusive Complex.

To turn the extensive dataset into a compliant report, SAGA Metals has engaged GeoGlobal LLC and Principal Dr. Abani R. Samal to complete an independent National Instrument 43-101 mineral resource estimate and technical report for the Trapper Zone.

The company's on-site personnel are currently completing core cutting, sampling, and laboratory dispatches. SAGA Metals has targeted the receipt of all core sample assays by September 15, 2026, to allow GeoGlobal to proceed with the maiden resource estimation without delay.

Meanwhile, regional activity in the surrounding district includes Altair Resources Inc. entering a binding letter of intent in July 2026 to acquire an option for a 95% interest in 1,534 claim blocks covering 38,379 hectares of rare earth prospects at its LAB project.
