San Lorenzo Gold Corp. has outlined an approximately two-kilometre-long gold-bearing structural corridor at the Quebrada Salada target within its Salvadora Project in Chile’s Atacama Region, where reconnaissance sampling returned gold values up to 12.80 g/t Au.

The 100%-owned Salvadora Project is located approximately 15 kilometres from Codelco's El Salvador copper-gold mine. Recent mapping and surface sampling across Quebrada Salada identified multiple subparallel felsic dykes and iron oxide-quartz vein zones along the eastern margin of existing induced polarization (IP) coverage. Several chargeability responses are present nearby, while portions of the mapped trend remain outside the current geophysical footprint.

San Lorenzo has also expanded the geophysical footprint at the San Juan target by incorporating new D10 and D11 IP lines alongside previous D8 and D9 surveys. The expanded dataset shows sizeable chargeability responses across lines D8 through D11, extending substantially beyond the area tested by drilling to date. The company is currently progressing an integrated 3D compilation of a decade of geophysical work across roughly 18 km of the property to support drill planning and new target generation.

Meanwhile, drilling is underway at the Cerro Blanco target as part of a permitted 20-pad program designed to follow up broad zones of mineralization and test the scale and continuity of the system. San Lorenzo held approximately C$23 million in cash as of August 2026 to support ongoing exploration and drilling. The company plans to conduct systematic step-out drilling from the D8 discovery toward the D9 response at San Juan and complete the 20-pad drill program currently underway at Cerro Blanco.

“What excites us most about Salvadora is how much opportunity still sits in front of us. As we continue to advance our known discoveries, we are building a pipeline of new exploration targets across Salvadora that we believe will help demonstrate the broader potential of the district.”

During Wednesday's trading session on the TSXV, San Lorenzo shares were trading at $6.39, up 8.86%.
