Seabridge Gold has achieved substantial completion and successful energization of the Treaty Creek Terminal on August 27, 2026, marking a key infrastructure milestone for its KSM Project in northwestern British Columbia.

Located on Highway 37 approximately two kilometres north of the KSM Project entrance, the terminal forms a core component of the electrical infrastructure designed to supply hydroelectric power for future construction and operations. The facility is expected to be ready for service by November 2026.

Seabridge holds a 100% interest in the KSM property, which ranks among the world's largest undeveloped copper and gold projects held by a publicly traded company. In April 2026, the Province of British Columbia designated the development as a provincial priority project to provide dedicated permitting coordination and support.

Cumulative investment in advancing KSM has now exceeded $1.2 billion, with a significant portion of this capital directed toward local businesses and workers in the region.
