Selkirk Copper Mines Inc. has been selected for the 2026 Canada Investment Summit Dealbook with its Minto copper-gold-silver project in the Yukon.

The Dealbook curates investment opportunities to showcase domestic assets to institutional and global investors. The initiative supports the federal strategy to mobilize capital into strategic sectors, including critical minerals. Selkirk Copper is the first publicly traded Canadian mining company with a majority equity stake held by a First Nation, the Selkirk First Nation.

The company is advancing feasibility work, updated mine plans, and permitting to support a potential restart decision for Minto in early 2027, with first production targeted for mid-2028. This technical work builds on a July 2026 resource estimate establishing a Measured and Indicated resource of 47.8 million tonnes grading 0.89% copper, 0.34 g/t gold, and 3.2 g/t silver.

District activity has also shown strong results, including Cascadia Minerals Ltd. reporting an intercept of 82.69 metres grading 1.78% copper equivalent at its Carmacks project in September 2026.

Having the Minto Project included in the Dealbook is a testament to the foresight of the Selkirk First Nation in acquiring the former producing copper-gold-silver mine. It also reflects the work of the Selkirk Copper team and early investors, who have rapidly positioned the asset for a potential restart in mid-2028.

Selkirk First Nation is confident in the potential to restart copper-gold-silver production at Selkirk Copper and contribute critical minerals that are increasingly important to Canada and the global economy. The partnership behind Selkirk Copper brings together industry expertise and investment capacity with Selkirk citizen knowledge and stewardship.

— Colin Joudrie, President & CEO, and Chief Jeremy Harper, Selkirk First Nation
