Sendero Resources Appoints Jeremy Gillis as Interim CEO

Sendero Resources has appointed Jeremy Gillis as interim chief executive officer, replacing Alex Gostevskikh, who steps down as CEO but remains on the board and will serve as a consultant.
Gillis brings over 25 years of international business experience, including 15 years in natural resources. He has served as Sendero's director of corporate development since 2024 and previously founded Karus Mining, following a 10-year tenure at Yamana Gold.
Sendero holds exploration permits for its flagship Peñas Negras property in La Rioja Province, Argentina, which were updated earlier this year. The company is preparing for a fully funded $3.5 million drill campaign to test targets across the property.
"Peñas Negras, in the heart of the Vicuña District, has demonstrated the potential to host multiple mineralized systems offering size and scale, with geological similarities to neighboring deposits. I am delighted to take on the role of Interim CEO and look forward to working with the Board, Alex, and the rest of the Sendero team," said Jeremy Gillis, Interim Chief Executive Officer.
Gillis succeeds Gostevskikh, whose leadership was acknowledged by director Steven McMullan as the company advances its exploration pipeline in the region.
