Sendero Resources has returned near-surface gold and silver mineralization from a three-hole reconnaissance diamond drilling program totaling 396.3 meters on the southwestern margin of the Peñas Negras Project in La Rioja, Argentina.

Drillhole PNDH-201 intersected 1.04 g/t gold over 1.5 meters from 14.0 meters depth. This intercept sat within a broader halo of elevated gold grades extending from surface down to 46.0 meters, which returned a weighted average of 0.11 ppm gold. All three reconnaissance holes returned silver anomalies, highlighted by 48 g/t silver over 1.5 meters from 14.0 meters and 28.2 g/t silver over 1.0 meter from 57.0 meters in PNDH-201. True widths remain unknown at this stage.

The drilling confirmed the company’s porphyry-epithermal geological model and identified an extensive leached cap across all three diamond drillholes. Hole PNDH-203 confirmed the presence of the Mogotes Fault and returned anomalous antimony values, while pathfinder elements reinforced the presence of a hydrothermal system.

A concurrent surface rock sampling program comprising 453 samples across the property returned up to 4.82 g/t gold and 18.00 g/t silver at the PN-NNW geochemical target area, located approximately 9 kilometers north-northwest of the drilling area. Additional anomalous gold samples up to 1.65 g/t gold came from the PN-NW area approximately 6.5 kilometers away, while southwestern sampling returned up to 5.13 g/t silver. These surface results extend the potential mineralized system for up to 9 kilometers along strike.

The project area totals 211.77 square kilometers. This follows a definitive option agreement executed in July 2025 with Energía y Minerales Sociedad del Estado for eight exploration claims covering 91.7 square kilometers contiguous with the project.

Sendero Resources is fully funded to continue diamond drilling at Peñas Negras. The next drilling campaign will focus on defining the internal architecture of the hydrothermal system within the Mogotes structural corridor during the upcoming 2026–2027 exploration season.
