Sentinel Hits 48m at 1.13g/t Au Across Stacked Zones at Columbia
Sentinel Metals Limited has intersected multiple stacked gold zones at its 100%-owned Columbia Gold-Silver Project in Montana, highlighted by diamond hole DDCO26-003 returning 48 metres at 1.13 g/t gold from 18 metres down-hole.
The maiden diamond drilling program comprises approximately 5,000 metres across 21 holes, executed by Corexplore Drilling Services following approval from the Montana Department of Environmental Quality. The Columbia project supports an existing Mineral Resource Estimate of 920,000 ounces of gold.

Hole DDCO26-003 encountered 100% core recovery through its high-grade zone and averaged 94% recovery overall. The intercept includes 17.8 metres at 1.00 g/t gold from 39.1 metres, 17.5 metres at 0.82 g/t gold from 60.5 metres, and 6.1 metres at 3.50 g/t gold from 81 metres, featuring a 1.5-metre section grading 12.1 g/t gold.
A fourth hole, DDCO26-004, intersected shallow mineralisation, returning 7 metres at 0.82 g/t gold from 12 metres and 5.7 metres at 1.34 g/t gold from 45 metres. The deepest hole to date, the 700.8-metre hole DDCO26-002, tested a deep geophysical conductor and returned no significant gold intercepts, but provided structural data.
Additionally, fire assays from maiden hole DDCO26-001 reconciled with earlier PhotonAssay results, returning 46.8 metres at 5.33 g/t gold from 88.2 metres, including 13.5 metres at 15.7 g/t gold.
"Importantly, DDCO26-003 intersected three stacked gold zones starting from near-surface, including a high-grade core assaying up to 12g/t and, importantly, 100% core recovery through that zone. The hole returned an impressive wide intercept of 48m @ 1.13g/t Au."
"DDCO26-002 was our first deep test. While it did not intersect significant mineralisation, it has given us our first look beneath the deposit with this information going straight into our geological model."

Drilling continues ahead of winter, with assays for holes DDCO26-005 to DDCO26-007 expected in October 2026. These results will feed into an updated Mineral Resource Estimate targeted for November 2026.
Elsewhere in the wider region, Silver Bow Mining Corp. secured U.S. Bankruptcy Court approval and completed the initial closing to acquire assets of the Jefferson County Metallurgical Complex on 8 September 2026.
