Silver Crown Royalties Generates $1,867,056 in Record Second-Quarter Revenue
Silver Crown Royalties generated $1,867,056 in royalty revenue for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, marking a 598% increase compared to $267,350 in the second quarter of 2025 and nearly tripling the $665,854 recorded in the first quarter of 2026.
The revenue expansion was primarily driven by growing royalty income from the Igor 4 royalty in Peru, alongside a substantial rise in attributable silver deliveries to 18,062 ounces. That volume compares with 4,243 attributable silver ounces delivered in the second quarter of 2025.
Supported by the higher delivery volumes and growing revenue, Silver Crown achieved profitability during the period. Net income for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reached $137,983, marking a positive shift from a net loss of $571,397 recorded in the second quarter of 2025 and a net loss of $654,071 for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
“The quarter represents the first instance of positive earnings and cash from operations (before working capital adjustments) since the company went public in July 2024. We are very proud of this achievement and look forward to adding more silver ounce revenues and growing the company in the coming quarters.”
— Peter Bures, CEO
Effective June 30, 2026, Silver Crown completed the acquisition of two existing privately held 1% net smelter return royalties, establishing a cumulative 2% gross smelter return royalty on Titiminas Silver’s Madre Sierra deposit located in Jauja, Peru. The transaction required cash consideration of US$6,000,000 paid at closing, with an additional US$2,000,000 payable upon receipt of the first payment under the royalties.
Operating as a revenue-generating, silver-only royalty company, Silver Crown provides mining operations with upfront payments in exchange for rights to byproduct silver revenues. This business model offers investors exposure to precious metals while providing a natural hedge against currency devaluation and mitigating production-related cost inflation.
Corporate settlement activity varied across the royalty portfolio during the period. PPX Mining settled its C$1,208,775.50 royalty payment due to Silver Crown for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, through the issuance of 6,533,921 common shares. Meanwhile, Pilar Gold has yet to make payment on its royalty due on June 30, 2026.
Looking to upcoming milestones, Silver Crown anticipates significantly higher royalty payments under the PPX royalty, with minimum payment obligations commencing on August 11, 2026. The operational updates arrive against a backdrop of broader commodity price movements, with silver trading at $64.87 per ounce, representing an 8.36% increase over a 30-day period.
