Silver Elephant Mining Corp. generated approximately US$1.4 million in cash proceeds from three silver-lead concentrate batches produced and sold from its Apuradita silver project in Bolivia during 2026, achieving an estimated cash flow margin of 35%.

The three concentrate batches totalled 84.7 dry tonnes, yielding 24,538 ounces of silver and 20 tonnes of lead metal. The feed material was delivered from underground mining operations to a third-party toll milling facility in Bolivia, totalling 4,547 tonnes of mineralized material at a weighted average grade of 297 grams per tonne silver and 0.9% lead.

Concentrate grades increased across successive shipments. The first batch, sold in January 2026, graded 5,916 grams per tonne silver and 14.4% lead. By the third batch reported in August 2026, the provisional silver grade rose to 11,577 grams per tonne and lead reached 31.0%. Final settlement and assay for the third batch remain pending, meaning final realized proceeds may differ from the provisional figures.

Underground mining operations at Apuradita continue at a steady rate of 400 to 600 tonnes of mineralized material per month. This rate follows equipment upgrades, increased manpower, and the development of additional mining faces through crosscuts and drifts to extract silver-bearing material from newly accessed zones. By comparison, the company's September 2025 production forecast had targeted 1,000 to 2,000 tonnes per month.

Silver Elephant is preparing a fourth concentrate batch, with mineralized material currently being stockpiled at the project site for delivery to the toll milling facility in October 2026.
