Silver Range Resources Ltd. (SNG) has released results from a multi-phase drilling program at its East Goldfield project in Nye County, Nevada. The explorer utilized portable gas-powered diamond drills to investigate high-sulphidation feeder structures, or “ledges,” across the property. This shallow drilling, with hole depths ranging from one to ten metres, aimed to evaluate the extent and character of near-surface gold mineralization previously identified in chip and grab samples.

"Two of the three ledges investigated are clearly auriferous and merit additional investigation." — Mike Power, President and CEO

The drilling program confirmed that two of the three tested ledges contain gold. These structures are located approximately 1,000 to 1,100 metres northwest of the Tom Keane Mine, an exploration target where previous work identified a prospective zone at an average depth of 100 metres. The company noted that the newly tested ledges serve as surface proxies for potentially larger, blind mineralization systems situated at depth.

"Ledges carrying anomalous gold at surface appear to be clear indicators of gold at depth."

Beyond the drilling, Silver Range recently completed property-scale geologic mapping which identified a zone of deformation characterized as an asymmetric south-dipping flower structure. This structure likely acted as a fluid conduit and may be the source of the known gold mineralization observed on the property. Mapping also located residual quartz lithocap outcrop 900 metres west of the Tom Keane target, indicating an expansive exploration fairway exists south of the current quartz-alunite alteration zone.

To refine future drill targets, the company has commissioned Big Sky Geophysics to conduct a 60-kilometre three-dimensional induced polarization and resistivity survey covering the entire property. The survey is designed to detect targets to a depth of at least 500 metres and is scheduled for completion by the end of August 2026.

As a prospect generator, Silver Range operates a portfolio of 36 properties throughout the Southwestern United States. The company maintains an active strategy of seeking joint venture partners to advance these assets, with 12 properties currently under option to third-party developers. This latest work at East Goldfield follows the company's objective of delineating high-priority drill targets to attract further investment and development interest. By focusing on identifying deep-seated structural controls, the company aims to move beyond surface anomalies and unlock the underlying potential within its broader regional holdings.
