Silver Tiger Metals Inc. has returned high-grade assay results from its 2026 summer exploration program at the El Tigre Project in Sonora, Mexico, highlighted by drill hole ET-24-649 intercepting 2.1 metres grading 7,715.1 grams per tonne silver equivalent from a down-hole depth of 39.9 metres in the Caleigh Vein.

The intercept consists of 35.39 grams per tonne gold and 5,061.1 grams per tonne silver. It includes a higher-grade interval of 0.53 metres grading 29,620.0 grams per tonne silver equivalent from 40.4 metres, comprising 136.20 grams per tonne gold and 19,405.0 grams per tonne silver. According to the company, this intercept represents the second-highest assay result recorded on the property and confirms near-surface high-grade mineralization on the Caleigh Vein.

The summer program focused on the northern area of the property, testing both the Protectora and Caleigh Veins. Drilling in the area identified the newly discovered Northern Stockwork Zone, which envelops the northern veins and shares structural similarities with the heap leach project currently being built to the south.

The El Tigre Project is 100 percent owned by Silver Tiger and spans more than 37,000 hectares. To advance southern development, Silver Tiger awarded an Engineering Procurement and Construction Management contract in March 2026 to Kappes, Cassidy & Associates and Kappes, Cassiday del Norte to assist in constructing the mine and process plant.

Plant commissioning and the first doré pour at the El Tigre heap leach mine are targeted for December 2027, with Silver Tiger planning further drilling to infill the northern resource area following the completion of the recent summer program.
