Silver Viper Minerals has provided supplemental disclosure detailing four separate vendor agreements covering marketing, investor relations, and media awareness services.

The Vancouver-based explorer stated that none of the service providers received securities as compensation under the arrangements, and none hold a direct or indirect interest in company shares.

The disclosures outline engagements with Global One Media Group Pte. Ltd., Capital 10X, i2i Marketing Group, LLC, and Apaton Finance GmbH. Global One entered into a 12-month media agency agreement effective November 1, 2025, involving an upfront payment of CAD$130,000, followed by a month-to-month retainer of US$5,500. Capital 10X was contracted for a 12-month term beginning November 15, 2025, for a fully satisfied fee of CAD$90,000 plus HST.

Agreements with i2i Marketing Group and Apaton Finance have been completed. i2i was engaged under a two-month corporate marketing campaign starting December 15, 2025, which saw its aggregate budget increase to US$550,000 following an approved additional media spend in January 2026. Apaton completed a 12-week consulting period starting December 3, 2025, covering German- and English-language media channels and presentation slots for EUR 74,000.

Silver Viper holds the La Virginia Gold-Silver Project in Sonora, the Cimarron Gold-Copper Project in Sinaloa, and the Coneto Silver-Gold Project. The company is advancing an active 60,000-metre drill campaign at La Virginia, targeting resource expansion and new discoveries.
