Silverco Posts $10.4M Revenue and $53.6M Cash Following La Negra Acquisition

Silverco Mining Ltd. reported $10,387,168 in revenue and $374,984 in mine operating earnings from the La Negra mine in Querétaro, Mexico, during a 43-day post-acquisition period ending June 30, 2026.
The figures form part of the company's financial statements for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026. Silverco closed the acquisition of Nuevo Silver, which holds a 100% interest in La Negra, on May 19, 2026, through issuing 16,802,283 common shares valued at $164,662,373. Following completion of the transaction, Silverco reported $53,619,837 in cash at June 30, 2026.
During the post-acquisition period from May 19 to June 30, La Negra produced 73,264 ounces of silver, 457,848 pounds of copper, 1,368,779 pounds of zinc, and 141,644 pounds of lead, totaling 158,259 silver equivalent ounces. Operations remain classified as pre-commercial production while Silverco invests in optimization objectives.
The company reported a net loss of $6,102,105, or $0.13 per share, for the quarter. That result included a loss of $2,372,538 from provisional pricing adjustments on concentrate sales made prior to the acquisition, general and administrative expenses of $2,775,889, and transaction expenses of $503,789.
Silverco owns a 100% interest in the past-producing Cusi Project in Chihuahua State, Mexico, featuring an existing 1,200 ton per day mill and tailings capacity. Silverco expects to deliver first concentrate at Cusi in Q4 2026, and plans to achieve nameplate production capacity of 2,500 tonnes per day at La Negra in H1 2027.

In corporate changes, Sean Fallis is stepping down as chief financial officer, remaining with the company until November 30, 2026. Victoria Avila, currently senior vice president of corporate affairs and finance, will assume the chief financial officer role effective September 30, 2026.
