Sinclair Gold Ltd (ASX: SGC) has identified a series of high-grade regional drill targets across its Mt Henry project in Western Australia following an extensive review of historical data. The company determined that its current 915,000oz mineral resource occupies only a small fraction of the broader 16km mineralised corridor. By consolidating previous geophysical and drilling datasets, the team established that significant gold mineralisation remains largely untested at depth and along strike, providing a clear path for potential future resource growth.

The review of historical records uncovered several previously unreported high-grade intersections, including 17m at 1.9g/t gold from 44m at the Birthday Gift target and 20m at 2.6g/t gold from 5m at Plutus. These findings complement earlier, higher-grade results, such as 10m at 88.2g/t gold at Birthday Gift. The company believes these prospects show geological characteristics similar to its existing deposits, confirming the potential scale of the gold system across the entire corridor.

"Our immediate focus remains on growing the existing 915,000oz Mineral Resource at Mt Henry and Selene. Successive drilling continues to extend gold mineralisation beyond the current Resource, reinforcing our confidence in the scale and growth potential of the Mt Henry Gold System. At the same time, our review of historical data has identified multiple high-quality regional drill targets across the 16km mineralised corridor, many of which returned significant gold intersections despite only limited historical drilling and minimal follow-up exploration. With the existing Mineral Resource occupying only around 4km of that corridor, these targets provide a clear pathway for future exploration and Resource growth."

While the regional targets create a pipeline for future activity, the company’s immediate operations remain focused on its ongoing 50,000m drill program. This campaign is currently prioritising resource extensions at the Mt Henry and Selene deposits. Management confirmed that it is working toward a formal mineral resource update, which is scheduled for completion before the end of calendar year 2026.

In corporate developments, the company has updated its timeline for a previously announced royalty transaction with Stria Lithium Inc. The completion date has been moved to 10 August 2026 to align with the partner's internal regulatory re-compliance schedule. All material terms of the agreement remain unchanged, and Sinclair has confirmed that firm commitments for the $4.0 million upfront cash consideration have been secured, ensuring the project remains fully funded as it progresses through the next phase of its growth strategy. The board maintains a clear focus on advancing its core gold assets while balancing the integration of regional targets into its long-term exploration pipeline.
