Purecore Launches Data Compilation At Yurchison Uranium Property

Purecore Metals has commenced a comprehensive data compilation and technical review program at the Yurchison Uranium Property in northern Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin.
The 35,029-hectare project covers 22 claims within the Wollaston Domain. The program consolidates historical and modern geological, geochemical, geophysical and exploration data into an integrated database.
The resulting dataset will assess structural controls on uranium mineralization, compare geophysical conductors with historical results, and refine targets. The property features decades of exploration history, including 1960s-to-2000s drilling, mapping, and sampling, plus recent airborne geophysics. Historical prospecting near old trenches returned uranium values from 0.09% to 0.30% U3O8 alongside anomalous molybdenum.
Under an August 2026 agreement, Skyharbour Resources Ltd. granted Purecore an earn-in for up to a 100% interest. Purecore can earn an initial 70% by making C$350,000 in cash payments, issuing C$700,000 in shares, and funding C$3,500,000 in exploration, subject to a 2.0% net smelter return royalty. An additional 30% can be acquired via further cash and share payments of $3,000,000 each.
“Yurchison has decades of exploration history and a significant volume of modern geophysical data. This program brings that information together into an integrated geological framework to refine our understanding of the Property and prioritize areas for future exploration.”
— Peter Berdusco, President and Chief Executive Officer of Purecore
Following the review, Purecore will rank priority areas for potential future field exploration.
