Skyharbour Resources Ltd. has filed updated and independent technical reports prepared under National Instrument 43-101 standards for its co-flagship Moore and Russell Lake uranium properties situated in the eastern portion of the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan.

The filings underpin the company's preparations to file an Annual Information Form as part of a corporate initiative to pursue a listing upgrade for its common shares in the United States from the OTCQX to the Nasdaq Capital Market, complementing its existing primary listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. Both assets are classified as exploration-stage properties. The technical reports do not include mineral resource estimates, mineral reserve estimates, or economic analyses, but are structured to aid potential future resource calculations by compiling historical and recent exploration data, geological information, and drilling results alongside future program recommendations.

The technical documentation builds on a period of portfolio consolidation and restructuring across Skyharbour's Athabasca holdings. In December 2025, the company secured a 100% interest in the Russell Lake project by acquiring Rio Tinto Exploration Canada Inc.'s 42.3% minority stake for C$10 million in cash. Later that same month, Skyharbour closed a strategic transaction with Denison Mines to form four separate joint ventures across the Russell Lake project claims, involving total project consideration of up to C$61.5 million in cash payments, share issuances, and exploration expenditures.

Skyharbour's Moore project is a 100%-owned, advanced-stage exploration property located approximately 15 kilometres east of Denison Mines’ Wheeler River project and 39 kilometres south of Cameco Corp.’s McArthur River mine, while the adjacent Russell Lake project is advanced under joint ventures with Denison Mines. Together, the co-flagship properties host multiple zones of high-grade uranium mineralization across a contiguous land package.

Finalisation of the Nasdaq uplisting remains subject to standard regulatory procedures and conditions, with no assurance that the exchange listing will proceed or be completed on any specific timeline.
