SLAM Hits 1.60% Copper Equivalent Over 14.45 Metres at Goodwin

SLAM Exploration returned a 14.45-metre core interval grading 1.60% copper equivalent from drill hole GW26-33 at the Goodwin project in New Brunswick.

The mineralized zone was encountered beginning at 33.15 metres downhole. The intercept includes higher-grade sub-zones, yielding 3.48% copper equivalent over 1.9 metres from 33.15 metres and 2.61% copper equivalent over 4.9 metres from 42.7 metres. These intercepts are situated below the Granges zone. Recovered grades were calculated using a 95% recovery rate and metal prices published on September 14, 2026. A total of 18 samples were collected from the hole and submitted to ALS in Moncton for multi-element analysis.

The 100%-owned Goodwin copper-nickel-cobalt project covers 14,000 hectares within the mineral-rich Bathurst Mining Camp. SLAM Exploration has recently resumed drilling on the property following a scheduled two-week maintenance break for the contractor's drill rig and associated equipment. The exploration team utilized the maintenance period to assess current drilling results and conduct field reconnaissance for future locations, accessibility, and drill pads. The active rig is currently testing an anomaly located 200 metres north of hole GW26-33.

The company is awaiting assay results from diamond drill hole GW26-36 at the Goodwin project. That hole previously intersected a broad mineralized zone from 124.4 to 191.8 metres hosted in coarse-grained gabbro, located 2,000 metres northwest of the Logan zone.

Alongside the copper-nickel-cobalt program, SLAM Exploration has commenced trenching on the Moose Lake gold-antimony project. Operations started with a series of trenches on the Skull gold-antimony occurrence, uncovering the zone across eight trenches over a 250-metre strike length. The excavator subsequently moved to the Moose Lake gold-antimony occurrence, where the zone has been traced over a strike length of 500 metres. Preliminary field observations indicate that both the Skull and Moose Lake zones represent epithermal quartz breccia deposits hosting visible stibnite and arsenopyrite mineralization. Assays are pending for the first batch of 14 samples collected from the Skull zone and submitted to ALS in Moncton for multi-element ICP and gold fire-assay analyses. The Moose Lake zone remains open in all directions, and trenching continues.
